This Privacy Policy (the "Policy”) applies to the website at http://www.railz.ai (the "Website”) which includes all subdomains present and future, and also includes the use of the "Services", the proprietary software system that Railz has developed to provide financial data to business, and as more fully described in the Terms of Use. For further clarity, any mention of the Website in this Policy includes the Services, as the Services are accessed on a subdomain of the Website.

By visiting and / or using the Website, initiating a transaction or by clicking the acceptance box upon signing up for an account, you agree that you have read and accept the present Policy.

The Website is owned and operated by Railz Financial Technologies Inc. (the “Company”, or "Railz"), a corporation located at 180 John Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5T1X5. Where the present Policy refers to "Railz", it may refer to Railz Financial Technologies Inc. and / or its officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives, depending on the context. Any reference to "we", "our", or "us" in this Policy, shall also refer to Railz.

In this Policy, a Website visitor or user, or the legal entity they represent (depending on the context), may be referred to as "you” or "your”.

Railz reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify or replace any of the Policy. Any changes to the Policy can be found on the Website. 2. General Statement of Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

Railz takes steps intended to meet privacy principles and requirements under applicable privacy legislation with respect to personal information. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual, as more particularly described under applicable privacy legislation. This Policy describes how Railz collects, uses and discloses the personal information you provide, or that is provided on your behalf, or which may be generated or collected when you interact with our Services. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the collection, use and disclosure of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information. This Policy does not apply to information about our employees or to information that is not personal information.

Railz collects personal information about you when you create an Account, log into your Account and access and use the Website and the Services. The personal information we collect when you create an Account includes your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and other contact information. When you contact us with questions or inquiries, we will collect the personal information you choose to provide. We may collect other information with your consent or as permitted or required by law.

Railz may also collect personal information from other sources, such as your employer. For example, if your employer creates an Account they may provide your name and contact information to us so that you can access the Account in connection with your employment.

We also collect financial data that you choose to import into your Account in order to use the Services. This information may come from accounting service providers and other businesses that you choose to link to your Account.

These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the Website, tracking users' movements around the site, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole. Automated messages may be played when the telephone is answered, whether by you or someone else. In the event that an agent or representative calls, he or she may also leave a message on your answering machine, voice mail, or send one via text. In order to provide consistent and high-quality registered user service and support, we may store any communication and correspondence with you in a file specific to you. Furthermore, we will use your e-mail address to provide you with e-mail updates regarding changes to our Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use or other changes or events we believe are material to you.

You can access, delete or review the personal information you submit to us at any time through your Railz account. To make changes to your personal profile information, log in to your Railz account using your user name and password. Click on "Settings" in the "My Profile" section and make changes to your profile as necessary. You may also request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting our Compliance Lead as described above. Your right to access or correct your personal information is subject to applicable legal restrictions.

You may also have the right, in specified circumstances, to object to our use of your personal information, to request the deletion of your personal information or restrict its use, to request a copy of the information you have provided to us to use for your own purposes, or to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. 12. Data Retention

The file containing your personal information will be maintained on our servers or those of our service provider. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

13. Password Protection

It is a good practice to select a password for your Railz account that is a unique combination of letters, numbers and symbols. Your password should not be predictable or easy to guess. A good practice is to change your password periodically, such as every 90 days.

14. Customer Testimonials, Comments and Reviews

We post customer testimonials/comments/reviews on our Website which may contain personal information. We do obtain the customer's consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with the testimonial. To request removal of your personal information from testimonials or comments please contact us via our Contact Us.

15. Blogs and Discussion Forums

If you use a bulletin board, chat room, blog or forum on this Website, you should be aware that any personal information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact us via our Contact Us. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

16. Links to Third Party Websites

Our Website includes links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Railz. If you submit personal information to any of those websites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any website you visit.

17. Social Media Widgets

Our Website may include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button, and Widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Website. These Features may collect your Internet protocol address, which page you are visiting on our Website, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Website. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

18. Referrals

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Website, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Website. Railz stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us via our Contact Us page to request that we remove this information from our database.

We may update this Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our information practices.
